NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2006, was dispatched
today, and contains the following changes:
- as a result of the increase in the Faritec share price between the contract
date and the closing date of the Enterprise Connection transaction,
goodwill on the acquisition of the business of Enterprise Connection has
increased by R9,597,000; and
- reclassifications of certain balances between asset and liability
categories, relating to the acquisition of the business of Enterprise
Connection.
Other than the above there are no material changes to the reviewed results which
were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 12 September 2006
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Faritec, which
will be held at Faritec House, 150 Kelvin Drive, Sandton, Gauteng, at 08h30 on
Thursday, 8 February 2007.
