Dynamic wishes to clarify that the cautionary announcement withdrawn this       
morning related to discussions wholly independent and unrelated to the          
repositioning of the company as an investment company focusing on the gaming    
sector announced on 2 November 2006, and its subsequent firm intention to make  
an offer to all the shareholders of Grand Parade Investments Ltd announced on 21
November 2006, both of which initiatives are continuing.
