CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Retirement - Rick Hogben:
The 2005 Annual Report indicated that Rick Hogben had been asked by the Board to
continue as an executive director and Managing Director of the company until 31
March 2007, a year beyond his official retirement date. Accordingly, Rick
Hogben will retire as an executive director and Managing Director of the company
on 31 March 2007. The Board expresses gratitude to Rick for his excellent
leadership and dedication to the company over the years and wishes him the very
best for the future.
Appointment - Tjaart Kruger:
Tjaart Kruger, currently an executive at Tiger Brands Limited, will join the
company on 1 March 2007 to allow for a hand-over period and will officially be
appointed Managing Director with effect from 1 April 2007. The Board is certain
that this appointment will result in excellent ongoing leadership of the company
and the successful implementation of the group`s strategy.
