DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2006. This distribution
will:
- be an amount of 1,32 cents (one point three two cents) (R0,0132) per Satrix
INDI security;
- constituted by 1,32 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register
on 29 December 2006;
be effected on 26 January 2007.
For the twelve months ended 31 December 2006, the Satrix INDI securities had a
net unaudited Total Expense Ratio (TER) of 19,1 basis points.
