DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively)
have resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix 40 securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2006.
This distribution will:
- be an amount of 6,17 cents (six point one seven cents) (R0,0617) per
Satrix 40 security;
- constituted by 6,17 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix 40 securities recorded in the
register on 29 December 2006; and
- be effected on 26 January 2007.
For the twelve months ended 31 December 2006, the Satrix 40 securities had
a net unaudited Total Expense Ratio (TER) of 9,9 basis points.
