STERLING DIVIDEND RATE
The Board of Lonmin Plc has previously announced a recommended final
dividend of 55 cents per share payable on 9 February 2007. This will be
paid in sterling to UK shareholders calculated at the US dollar to sterling
exchange rate on 19 January 2007 and in dollars to all overseas
shareholders other than those on the South African branch register.
The US dollar to sterling exchange rate on 19 January 2007 was $1.9724/GBP1
and accordingly the sterling dividend payable is 27.88 pence per share.
