As a result of the "Interest Distribution" an adjustment was made to the
exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is
unprejudiced.
Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the abovementioned warrant RDFIVA, would
like to advise Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R0.00,
effective 22 January 2007, RDFIVA was terminated and Holders are now entitled
to receive the linked units at the new exercise price of R0.00, together with
the balance of the cash payment being the R0.118 distribution less the R0.08
final pay down of the strike (equaling R0.038.) This will be effected on the
distribution payment date being 29 January 2007, and will automatically accrue
to holders via instruction to STRATE.
