INCENTIVE SCHEME
Introduction
Shareholders are advised that, on Friday 19 January 2007, Metair issued to
shareholders a circular containing details of the proposed subdivision of
the share capital of the company in the ratio of 25:1, from shares with a
par value of 50 cents per share to shares with a par value of 2 cents per
share, and the introduction of a new share incentive scheme ("the
proposals"). The circular contains a notice of a general meeting of the
company at which shareholders will be required to approve the proposals.
The salient dates and times relating to the proposals are set out below.
