FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 1 December 2006, shareholders are
advised that the Board of Putprop in consultation with its Auditors are still in
the process of determining the most appropriate manner of reflecting the pro
forma financial effects of the new lease entered into with one of Putprop`s
major tenants - Putco Limited ("Putco").
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until that announcement can be made.
