2006 was dispatched on 23 January 2007 and contains no material modifications to
the audited results published on 13 November 2006.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Paracon will be held on Friday, 16 February 2007 at 10:00 at the offices of
Paracon, Paracon House, 300 Kent Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained
in the Annual Report.
