ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that in terms of Section 3.26 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), the JSE has advised the company that it
has a period of six months, expiring on 29 June 2007, during which to announce
the acquisition of new assets that satisfy the conditions for listing as per
Section 4 of the Listings Requirements. If the company fails to do so, the
shares in the company will be suspended by the JSE and, should suitable assets
not be injected into the company within three months following the suspension,
the listing of the company`s shares on the JSE will be terminated.
