RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETINGS
At the general meetings of CBS shareholders and CBS debenture holders
(collectively the "CBS linked unit holders") held on Thursday, 25 January 2007,
all the ordinary and extraordinary resolutions, referred to in the notice of
general meeting of CBS linked unitholders, dated Friday, 22 December 2006, were
approved by over 90 percent of CBS linked unit holders, who voted on these
resolutions.
