RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 26 JANUARY 2007
The board of directors of Spectrum Shipping Limited are pleased to announce that
at the general meeting held on Friday, 26 January 2007 all the resolutions
proposed were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present or
represented by proxy and the special resolution in respect of the change of name
of the company to Santova Logistics Limited will be registered with the
Registrar of Companies.
It should be noted that the last day to trade in the old name will be Friday, 9
February and trade in the new name of Santova Logistics Limited will commence
with the opening of trade of the JSE under the short name of "Santova", under
share code "SNV" and with ISIN: ZAE000090650 on Monday, 12 February, 2007.
Therefore the record date is Friday, 16 February.
New share certificates in the name of Santova will be posted to certificated
shareholders who have surrendered their share certificates with the "old" name
on or before 12:00 on Friday, 19 February. CSDP/Brokers accounts will be
undated with the new name of Santova on Monday, 19 February, 2007.
