Tongaat-Hulett Group: Renewal of Cautionary Announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 14 December 2006 regarding the
proposed unbundling and listing on the JSE of Hulett Aluminium ("Hulamin")
and the proposed Black Economic Empowerment transactions in respect of
Tongaat-Hulett and Hulamin, shareholders of the company are advised that
discussions are still in progress. Accordingly, shareholders of the Tongaat-
Hulett Group are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
