PLACEMENT OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS` SHARES WITH AN INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR
Major shareholders of Esor have sold 10 million shares at R3.70 per share to
Stanlib Asset Management on behalf of its clients through a Share Block
Placement. The sale of shares is in line with the company`s objective to expand
its institutional shareholding base. The placement will also increase the free
float of Esor shares with a resulting improvement in liquidity.
In compliance with rule of 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
following should be noted in terms of directors offering their shares in the
above-mentioned Share Block Placement:
