annual results for the year ended 30 June 2005 released on SENS and published in
the press on 23 June 2006, further cautionary announcements released on SENS and
published in the press 10 August 2006 and 22 September 2006 respectively and
released on SENS on 13 December 2006.
As the board of Bryant continues to pursue acquisition opportunities for the
company, shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made in
this regard.
