POSTING OF CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS OF DATAPRO GROUP
1. INTRODUCTION
Further to the announcements published on SENS on 15 November 2006 and 4
December 2006 in which it was announced that, subject to all the necessary
approvals being obtained, DataPro Group will acquire 100% of the shares in
and loan account claims against Orion Telecom Investment Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited with effect from 1 December 2006 ("the Orion
acquisition"), shareholders are advised that a circular in terms of the
Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited was posted to all DataPro Group
shareholders yesterday, Monday, 29 January 2007.
2. SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Set out in the table below are the salient dates and times relating to the
Orion acquisition.

Last day to lodge forms of proxy for the
general meeting by 11h00 on Friday, 09 February
General meeting of shareholders to be held at
11h00 on Tuesday, 13 February
Results of general meeting released on SENS on Tuesday, 13 February
Results of general meeting published in the
press on Wednesday, 14 February
Issue of shares in terms of the Orion
acquisition, subject to conditions precedent,
by the latest Wednesday, 07 March
Shareholders are advised that it is likely that the transaction will be
concluded earlier than the dates outlined above. Any such change in dates
will be announced on SENS.
