Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to shareholders incorporated in the Notice to
Shareholders, dated 5 December 2006, were passed by the requisite majority at
the annual general meeting of the Company held at 09:00 on Wednesday, 31 January
2007.
