Shareholders are advised that Unitrans` headline and basic earnings per share
for the half year ended 31 December 2006 are expected to be between 20% to 25%
higher than for the corresponding period ended 31 December 2005.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The interim financial
statements are expected to be released on or about 20 February 2007.
