CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Hospitality is
pleased to announce to its unitholders that Andrew Rogers has been appointed
as Executive Director to the Board and Chief Operating Officer of
Hospitality Property Fund Managers (Proprietary) Limited, the asset and fund
manager of Hospitality.
Andrew has over 14 years` of experience in the tourism and hospitality
industry and until recently was a Director of Operations at Southern Sun.
Andrew was also associated amongst others with the City Lodge and Cullinan
Hotel Groups.
Andrew`s appointment is effective immediately.
