UPDATE ON BEE TRANSACTION
Shareholders of Invicta are advised that, following the internal
restructuring and consolidation of the Invicta group of companies into
wholly-owned subsidiaries of Humulani Investments (Proprietary) Limited
("Humulani"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Invicta which was established
for the purpose of facilitating a black economic empowerment ("BEE")
transaction, negotiations with a BEE investment company have reached an
advanced stage
The introduction of a BEE investor to Humulani had been delayed, pending
the finalisation of the BEE Codes by the Department of Trade and Industry.
Following the recent finalisation of the BEE Codes, the boards of Invicta
and Humulani are confident that the BEE transaction can now be concluded
and implemented.
Accordingly shareholders of Invicta are advised to exercise caution in
dealing in Invicta securities until a further announcement is made.
