Changes to the board of directors
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Russell Inggs has resigned as an executive
director of Premium with effect from 30 January 2007, in order to pursue his own
interests. The board of directors would like to take this opportunity to thank
Mr Inggs for his valuable contribution to the company.
