DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE DDT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for DIMENSION DATA
HOLDINGS PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
DIMENSION DATA HOLDINGS PLC (DDT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 7.198 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Friday, 16 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 09 February 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 February 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 16 February 2007.
