RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Milkworx held at
Parc Nouveau Building, 225Veale Street, Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria on Friday, 02
February 2007 at 10:00 ("the annual general meeting"), all the resolutions
presented in the notice of the annul general meeting were passed by the
requisite majority of the shareholders. The special resolutions will be
submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration.
