FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 22 December 2006, shareholders are
advised that Sanyati is still involved in negotiations, which if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price at which Sanyati`s securities trade
on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is
made.
