Change in company secretary
Due to increased compliance requirements, Foschini has decided to strengthen the
financial division of the group by appointing a separate company secretary for
the group. The role was previously held by Ronnie Stein, Foschini`s financial
director.
Foschini therefore advises that Ronnie Stein has relinquished the role of
company secretary and that Dee Sheard has been appointed as company secretary
with effect from 15 February 2007. Ronnie Stein will continue as the group
financial director leading the financial division of the group.
Dee Sheard has been with the group since July 2002 and has been involved in
various aspects of the group`s secretarial function.
