In accordance with the rules of the Executive Share Incentive Scheme, The
Trustees of the Executive Share Trust (the administrator of the scheme) are
entitled to allocate share rights purchased from executives exiting the scheme
to remaining participants. Share rights are allocated at cost, in proportion to
the remaining participants` shareholding and may only be taken up on 31 December
2007.
In accordance with the above, the following executives have been allocated
