Change to the board of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, BTG shareholders are advised that Ms Keitumetse Matthews has
been appointed as a non-executive director to the board of BTG with effect
from 2 February 2007.
BTG shareholders are furthermore advised that the designation of Mr Douglas
Ramaphosa will with effect from 1 March 2007 be changed from a non-
executive director to executive director, as he will be assuming the
position of Managing Director of the group`s Specialised Solutions
division.
