Altron shareholders are advised that with effect from 28th February 2007, Mr DM
Ramaphosa will resign as an alternate director of Altron, to assume the position
of Managing Director - Bytes Specialised Solutions, on 1st March 2007.
Bytes Specialised Solutions is a division of Bytes Technology Group South Africa
(Pty) Limited, a member company of the Altron group.
