Annual report
Shareholders are advised that Sethold`s annual financial statements for the 2006
financial year were dispatched to members on 05 February 2007. The Annual Report
is also available on the company`s website: www.setpoint.co.za
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited annual
results for the year ended 31 August 2006, which were published on 30 November
2006. The audited preliminary results of Sethold and the annual financial
statements were audited by KPMG Inc. and their report is available for
inspection at the company`s registered office.
Annual general meeting
The 8th annual general meeting of the members of Sethold will be held at The
Park Hyatt Hotel 191 Oxford Road, Rosebank on Tuesday, 27 February 2007 at 15h00
