Trading update
Shareholders are advised that it is anticipated that, due to the strong
performance of all its operations over the past six months and the accretive
effect of the additional acquisition of Jacaranda FM (Proprietary) Limited
during the period, the earnings and headline earnings per share for the six
months ended 31 December 2006 are expected to be between 25% and 45% higher than
those of the comparative period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. Kagiso Media will release
its results for the six month ended 31 December 2006 on or about 13 February
2007.
