With effect from 1 April 2007, Mr. Mark Blair will be appointed Chief
Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Chris Yuill, who has held this position
for the past 27 years. Mr Yuill will remain as an executive director and
will continue to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.
