REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Spar shareholders held today,
7 February 2007, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary
business, ordinary resolution number 1 and special resolution number 1 proposed
at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
