CHANGES TO BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the following information is disclosed:
Shareholders are advised that Mr Thabo Mosololi resigned as a non-executive
director of Matodzi with effect from 5 February 2007, and Messrs Leslie Arthur
Maxwell and Thabo Kwinana were appointed non-executive directors of Matodzi on
the same date. Mr Andile Reeves Nkuhlu relinquished his position as a non-
executive director and was appointed an executive director on the same date.
Directors in office as at 7 February 2007 are as follows:
