TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of Hyprop
("the board") is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes
aware, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the distribution for the
period to be reported upon next would differ by at least 15% from the
distribution for the previous corresponding period.
The board accordingly advises that distributable earnings per combined unit for
the year ended 31 December 2006 are expected to be between 15% and 20% higher
than the previous corresponding period.
The financial results on which this trading statement is based have not been
reviewed or reported on by Hyprop`s auditors. The annual financial results
announcement will be published on or about the 1 March 2007.
