SECURITISATION - REDEMPTION OF 2 YEAR NOTES AND TAP ISSUE
Woolworths sold R2.3 billion of in-store card receivables to a special
purpose vehicle, Account On Us (Proprietary) Limited ("Account On Us") in
February 2005.
The first series of the initial issue of notes, with a total value of R300
million, matures on 25 February 2007. A new issuance of notes is now
planned, in order to replace the notes redeemed and to purchase additional
assets into the structure. The book-build is scheduled for 28 February
2007 and the amount to be raised is estimated to be R1 billion.
