Changes to the board
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the company
advises shareholders that Mr RL Hiemstra, an independent director on the
company`s board and chairman of the audit committee, has resigned from the
board. The effective date of his resignation is 13 February 2007. Mr Hiemstra
has decided to focus all his attention on his current position.
Mr WC Ross, currently a director of various public and private companies, has
joined Kagiso Media`s board on 12 February 2007, as a non-executive director. He
will also serve on Kagiso Media`s audit committee.
