DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NORTHAM PLATINUM LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("NHMIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Northam Platinum
Limited have declared a dividend of 245 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 26 February 2007, to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 23 February 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, NHMIDA,
will receive a Northam Platinum Limited dividend of 245 cents per security on
Monday, 26 February 2007, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 16
February 2007.
NHMIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 19 February 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 23 February 2007.
