DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CPA
Property Syndication (Proprietary) Limited ("CPA") purchased 19 223 Premium
linked units at a price of R11.80 per linked unit, with a total value of R226
831.40 on 13 February 2007.
Alec Wapnick, Premium`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
11.70% in the share capital of CPA. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 11.70%
and 46.60% respectively in the share capital of CPA. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
