ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NEDBANK AMSNIC SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is given of the dividend reinvestment plan made by Anglo American
Platinum Corp. LTD to pay a dividend of 3900 cents, with an option to reinvest
fifty per cent of the cash dividend in order to subscribe for new ordinary
shares. The last day to trade is Friday, 9 March 2007, ex date is Monday, 12
March 2007 and record date is Friday, 16 March 2007.
The trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have elected to accept the cash
dividend option of 3900 cents and that as a result have declared a dividend
amount of 3900 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 March
2007.
