INTERIM DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared an interim dividend for the six
months ended 31 December 2006 of 12 US cents per share.
The dividend timetable is as follows:-

The South African branch register will be closed for the purposes of
dematerialisation, rematerialisation and transfers between the South African
register and the UK and Australian registers from Monday, 26 February 2007 to
Friday, 2 March 2007, both dates inclusive.
This will be paid in Rand to South African shareholders, registered as such on
the South African share register, calculated at the US dollar to Rand exchange
at the close of business in Australia on 12 February 2007, which was
R7.2686/US$1 and accordingly the dividend payable is R0.87223 per share.
