IPSA, the independent power plant developer with operations in southern Africa,
which is quoted on AIM and the secondary listing on AltX, announces that it
received notification on 9 February 2007 that on 7 February 2007 UBS Investment
Bank ("UBS"), acting through its controlled entity UBS AG London Branch, ceased
to have a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
On 1 February 2007 UBS, acting through its controlled entity UBS AG London
Branch, had an interest in 3,929,009 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company,
representing 5.94% of the issued share capital of the Company.
