DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("IMPIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Impala Platinum
Holdings Limited have declared an interim dividend of 275 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 March 2007 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16
March 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
IMPIHA, will receive an Impala Platinum Holdings Limited dividend of 275
cents per security on Monday, 19 March 2007, in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to
participate in the dividends will be Friday, 9 March 2007.
IMPIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividends from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 March 2007, and
the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
