TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably
certain that the financial results for the current reporting period will be
more than 20% different from that of the previous corresponding period.
In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Rex Trueform advises that
it expects to announce earnings per share for the six months ended 31
December 2006 of approximately 17.4 cents in comparison to a loss per share
of 5.6 cents for the prior comparative period. Headline earnings per share
for the six months ended 31 December 2006 is expected to be approximately
17.4 cents compared to a headline loss per share of 2.3 cents for the prior
comparative period.
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been reviewed or
reported on by Rex Trueform`s external auditors. The company`s results for
the six months ended 31 December 2006 are expected to be published on or
about 1 March 2007.
