DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL PLC (LBT) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 17.25 pence. This
dividend is payable on Wednesday, 30 May 2007. The exchange rate
applicable to this event will be struck on Tuesday, 24 April 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 May 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 May 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 11 May 2007.
