TRADING STATEMENT
Business Connexion is currently finalising its results for the period ended 30
November 2006, which should be released before 23 February 2007. In this regard,
shareholders are advised that earnings per share ("EPS") is likely to be between
40% - 60% higher, and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is likely to be
between 10% - 20% lower than the corresponding reporting period of the previous
year
The improvement in EPS is due to the gains realised in respect of the sale of a
portfolio of properties concluded with Growthpoint Properties Limited
The forecast financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed and reported on by the Company`s auditors.
