Change to the Board of Directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Elizabeth Nomini Rapoo who represented the
Industrial Development Corporation ("IDC") on the Board has resigned as a non-
executive director of Enaleni with immediate effect, as she has resigned from
her employment with the IDC.
The IDC is entitled to appoint a representative to the Enaleni Board and may do
so in due course.
