DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TONGAAT- HULETT GROUP LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TNTIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Tongaat-Hulett
Group Limited have declared a final dividend of 350 cents per ordinary share
payable on Thursday, 22 March 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16 March 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
TNTIHA, will receive a Tongaat-Hulett Group Limited final dividend of 350 cents
per security on Thursday, 22 March 2007, in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 9 March 2007.
TNTIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 March 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
