TRADING STATEMENT
Liberty Holdings Limited shareholders are referred to the trading statement
published by Liberty Group Limited on 19 February 2007. Liberty Holdings
Limited is the holding company of Liberty Group Limited and has no business
other than that related to its investment in Liberty Group Limited.
Shareholders are advised that Liberty Group Limited`s expected improved
performance as set out in its announcement is expected to result in Liberty
Holdings` headline earnings per share improving by between 25% and 35% on
the 1,965.3 cents per share achieved for the year ended 31 December 2005.
Total earnings per share are expected to be between 90% and 100% higher than
the total earnings per share for the year ended 31 December 2005.
