DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TNT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for THE
TONGAAT-HULETT GROUP LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to THE TONGAAT-HULETT GROUP LTD (TNT) the Trustees of the TNT
Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 350 cents per share
instalment that is payable on Thursday, 22 March 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 16 March 2007.
